Booking
How do I book a taxi with Croydon Airport Transfers?
Use the online booking form, call 020 3740 6094 or send a WhatsApp message. We take bookings 24 hours a day.
How far ahead should I book?
Book as early as you can, especially for early morning flights and larger vehicles in the school holidays. We also take shorter-notice bookings when we have cars free.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Give us the passenger's name and phone number, and tell us who is paying.
Fares and payment
Are your fares fixed?
Yes. Your fare is agreed when you book and does not change because of traffic. If you change the journey, for example by adding a stop, the fare may change.
How can I pay?
We accept card and cash.
Do you offer business accounts?
Yes. Contact the office to talk about an account for your company.
Airports and stations
Do you track flights?
Yes. For airport pickups, give us your flight number and we will follow it so the pickup time matches your actual landing.
What is meet and greet?
Your driver waits in the arrivals area with a name board, then helps you with your luggage to the car.
Which airports do you cover?
Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City, from anywhere in Croydon.
Vehicles, children and pets
What vehicles do you have?
Saloons, estates, 6 seater MPVs and 7/8 seaters.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request. Tell us your children's ages when you book.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. Book our pet friendly taxi and tell us about your animal. Assistance dogs are always welcome.
