What you need to join
To work with us as a driver, you must meet all the legal requirements for private hire work in London.
- A valid TfL private hire driver licence
- A vehicle with a valid TfL private hire vehicle licence
- Private hire (hire and reward) insurance for the vehicle
- A full UK driving licence
- The right to work in the UK
- A smartphone to use the partner portal and receive jobs
Fleet partnerships
If you run a fleet or a private hire operator business, we also work with partner operators. Operators must hold a valid private hire operator licence and the insurance it requires.
Fleet partners can supply drivers and vehicles to cover our bookings, help with busy periods such as school holidays and early morning airport runs, and cover larger vehicles like 6 seaters and 7/8 seaters.

Earnings potential
What you earn depends on the hours you are available, the area you cover, the size of your vehicle and the jobs you accept. Longer journeys such as airport transfers and larger vehicles for groups tend to bring higher fares than short local trips. We don't publish guaranteed earnings figures, because they vary so much from partner to partner. When you register, our team can explain how jobs are offered and how payments to partners work.
The kind of work you will do
A typical day might include an early run to Gatwick, a station transfer to Victoria, a few local trips around Thornton Heath and Purley, and an evening pickup from Heathrow. Partners with larger vehicles also cover family airport runs and group bookings for our 7 seater taxi service.
